You will learn how to think and react quickly. We will help you prepare for the unexpected. The exercises teach you to listen carefully to the other participants so that you will be able to build a story line, just as you would in a sales or business meeting. The training focuses on 3 key elements LISTENING, REACTING, AND ADAPTING.
